SOGEFI: LISTS PRESENTED FOR ELECTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Milan, April 3, 2019 – Sogefi S.p.A. announces that two lists have been filed for the appointment of the Board of Directors for the years 2019-2020-2021, to be put before the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders on April 26, 2019 at 4.00 p.m., at the first call, and on April 27, 2019 at the same time, at the second call.

1) List no. 1 presented by the company CIR S.p.A., the majority shareholder (attesting that it has voting rights representing 55.603% of the Company's share capital):

• 1. Ms Monica MONDARDINI
• 1. Mr Laurent Frédéric HEBENSTREIT

2) List no. 2 presented jointly by shareholders: Anima SGR S.p.A., manager of the fund Anima Iniziativa Italia; Arca Fondi SGR S.p.A. manager of the fund Arca Economia Reale Equity Italia; Mediolanum Gestione Fondi SGR S.p.A., manager of: Mediolanum Flessibile Futuro Italia and Mediolanum Flessibile Sviluppo Italia, and Mediolanum International Funds Limited – Challenge Funds – Challenge Italian Equity, minority shareholders (who have attested that they own a total of voting rights representing 2.789% of the Company's share capital):
