SOGEFI: CANDIDATE LISTS FOR THE ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS

Milan, 30 March 2018 – Sogefi S.p.A. hereby announces that two lists have been filed to date for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors for the years 2018-2019-2020. The lists will be submitted to the Ordinary General Meeting called for 23 April 2018 at 4.00 p.m. on first call and for 24 April 2018 on second call.
