Pursuant to Regulation 29(l)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that a meeting of the board of directors of the Company ("Board") is scheduled to be held on Monday, 22nd day of January, 2024, to consider, inter alia, the proposal of fund raising by way of equity shares through rights issue as may be permitted under applicable law, subject to such regulatory and statutory approvals as may be required under the applicable laws.

Further to inform you that in accordance with the SEBI PIT Regulations and Company's "Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading" the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed with effect from January 0 1, 2024 and will remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31 , 2023 (both days inclusive)
