Bandhan Mutual Fund through its schemes acquired 72,000 equity shares of SOBHA Limited on May 07, 2026.

Pursuant to the aforesaid disposal, the holding of Bandhan Mutual Fund in the company has increased by more than 2% of paid-up capital of the company, i.e. from 5.0114% (the last reported holding on September 30, 2025) to 7.0264%.

In this regard, please find enclosed the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 2011 with respect to said disposal in the format prescribed under the respective Regulations.
