The Twenty Sixth Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the Company is schedule on Friday, August 13, 2021 through Video Conferencing ("VC") I Other Audio Visual Means ("OA VM"), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.

• The Company has fixed Record Date on Friday, July 30, 2021 for the purpose of payment of dividend. The Dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid with in statutory time period.

1. The Company has fixed Cut-off Date for the purpose of determining the voting entitlement of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting on Friday, August 06, 2021.

Kindly take the aforesaid information on record in compliance with Regulation 30 and 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015.
