Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting in Smartoptics Group ASA (the "Company") held on 23 May 2025, where it was resolved to convert the Company to a public limited liability company. The conversion and corresponding name change from Smartoptics Group AS to Smartoptics Group ASA has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
