Smartoptics Group AS: Exercise of employee options
Holders of employee options in Smartoptics Group AS (the "Company") have exercised options giving the right to subscribe for a total of 586,306 new shares at a strike price of NOK 12.97 per share. As a result of the exercise of employee options, the Board of Directors of the Company has today resolved to increase the Company's share capital by NOK 11 726.12 through the issuance of 586,306 new shares. The share capital increase was resolved pursuant to the board authorization granted by the general meeting held on 8 May 2024.
Following registration of the share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of new shares, the share capital of the Company will be NOK 1 960 910.36, divided into 98 045 518 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.02.
