The Annual General Meeting of Smartoptics Group AS was held today, May 4 2022.

All resolutions were approved in line with the proposals set out in the notice of the Annual General Meeting published on April 27 2022.

Following the Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors consists of the following persons:

Thomas Ramm (Chairman of the Board), Einar Caspersen (Board member), Karl Thedéen (Board member) and Sara Heiner Asplund (Board member).
