Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information.

On 31 March 2025, SCWF disposed of 245,751 shares of the Company, resulting in a shareholding amounting to 4.995% of total voting rights and 4.995% of total share capital. Please see the enclosed Schedule A for transaction details and Schedule B for the number of shares in the Company held by SCWF in respect of which this notification relates.

SCWF previously disclosed (as of 23 June 2021) a shareholding of 12,359,540 votes amounting to 7.206% of total voting rights and 12,359,540 shares amounting to 7.206% of total share capital.

Please note that the notification submitted on behalf of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. as of 31 March 2025 included SCWF's holdings.

For the purpose of this Report, the total voting rights figure of 171,522,305 votes and the total share capital figure of 171,522,305 shares were used to calculate the percentages.
