Pursuant to Section 4-3 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and the Securities Trading Act Regulations, we hereby disclose the following information.

As of 23 June 2021, SMALLCAP World Fund, Inc. ("SCWF") holds 12,359,540 shares of the Company, amounting to 7.392% of total voting rights and 7.392% of total share capital. The acquisition of these shares, and this disclosure obligation, occurred as part of the Company's initial listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange on 23 June 2021.

Please note that the notification submitted on behalf of The Capital Group Companies, Inc. as of 23 June 2021 included SCWF's holdings.

For the purpose of this Report, the total voting rights figure of 167,209,366 votes and the total share capital figure of 167,209,366 shares were used to calculate the percentages.
