Hanna Konyi, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold in the period February 27

-29, 2024, 140 000 shares in SmartCraft at an average price of NOK 25.30 per

share. The share sale was made to purchase property for private use. After the

transaction, Mrs. Konyi holds 745 675 shares in SmartCraft ASA. Additionally she

holds 331 043 shares in the SmartCraft long-term investment program.
