SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - Mandatory notification of trade from primary insiders

Chief Financial Officer Kjartan Bø, through his fully owned company KBI AS, sold

on March 5, 2024, 38 000 shares in SmartCraft at an average price of NOK 26.33

per share. Following the transaction, KBI AS holds 260 000 shares in SmartCraft

ASA. Additionally KBI AS holds 750 000 shares in the SmartCraft long-term

investment program.
