AS on September 8, 2023, 80 000 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 21.05 per

share. After the transaction, B.ULSTEIN AS holds 11 306 975 shares in SmartCraft

ASA.

Katja Widlund, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, sold on September 7, 2023, 70

000 shares in SmartCraft at a price of NOK 21.40 per share. The share sale was

made to cover personal financial obligations. After the transaction, Mrs.

Widlund holds 70 809 shares in SmartCraft ASA. Additionally she holds 331 043
