Vivienne Bjørseth Karlsen, primary insider of SmartCraft ASA, has acquired 150

000 shares in SMCRT MGMT 1 AS and has thereby acceded to the long-term

investment program in SmartCraft ASA. The value of the shares in SMCRT MGMT 1 AS

depends on the value of the listed shares in SmartCraft ASA.
