SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - New Executive management team with increased focus on scalability and synergies

SmartCraft ASA (SMCRT) - New Executive management team with increased focus on scalability and synergies

13.10.2022 08:00:01 CEST | SmartCraft ASA | Non-regulatory press releases

13 October 2022 - SmartCraft ASA has amended the Executive management team,

enhancing focus on scalability and synergies within sales and marketing, product

development and technology. Operations will now be organized according to

geography with strategic and supporting functions on Group level when it comes

to product and technology, marketing and finance."

"The last years we have expanded massively through organic growth and 9

acquisitions in Norway, Sweden and Finland. We continue to target 15-20 percent

organic revenue growth with strong profitability and are now taking the next

step in the development as a leading provider of SaaS based services for the

construction industry. To have a holistic offering in the different geographies

and be able to coordinate and scale our activities we have amended and realigned

the organization with focus of each geographical market. Additionally, we have

established shared key functions on the group level. This will allow our team

and our services to function together even better. These changes are a natural

evolution as we grow and we believe there are significant untapped synergies

both in sales and marketing, product development and back office," said CEO of

SmartCraft Gustav Line.

SmartCraft has appointed Country managers for Norway, Sweden and Finland, and

established a new central functional position as Chief Marketing Officer.

Vivienne B. Karlsen has been recruited as Country manager for SmartCraft in

Norway and will take on her new position 1 December 2022. Karlsen has extensive

experience from leadership positions in several companies, most recently as

Managing Director in the HR service provider SD Worx Norway AS (previously

Aditro).

"SmartCraft's ambitious growth strategy, the wonderful products, and of course

all the possibilities and untapped synergies we can create together - are all

very appealing to me. I am really looking forward to joining the team," said

Vivienne B. Karlsen.

With the new structure, SmartCraft's executive management team will consist of

the following persons:

* Chief Executive Officer: Gustav Line

* Chief Financial Officer: Kjartan Bø

* Chief Technology Officer: Christian Saleki

* Chief Marketing Officer: Katja Widlund

* Country manager Norway: Vivienne B. Karlsen

* Country manager Sweden: Hanna Konyi

* Country manager Finland: Timo Makkonen

terms of competence, age, background and gender, and I am looking forward to

executing our strategy together with all of them," said Gustav Line.

Previously, SmartCraft had a leadership team with representatives from all the

acquired companies. Timo Makkonen and Hanna Konyi are now part of the executive

management team as country managers. All key management from acquired companies
