SUN INNOVATION<00547> - Share Consolidation Market participants are requested to note that the shareholders of Sun Innovation Holdings Limited ("SUN INNOVATION") have approved the consolidation of shares on the basis of 100 then existing ordinary shares ("Old Shares") of SUN INNOVATION into 1 new ordinary shares ("New Shares"). Effective from today (13/12/2005), a temporary counter under stock code 2926 and stock short name "SUN INNOVATION" will be established for trading in board lots of 100 New Shares each to replace the previous counter (stock code: 547) for trading in board lots of 10,000 Old Shares each.
