MANSION HOLDING<0547>-Exceptional Price & Turnover Movements The Stock Exchange has received a message from Mansion Holdings Limited which is reproduced as follows:- "This Statement is made at the request of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The board of directors of Mansion Holdings Limited (the "Company") have noted the recent increases in the price and trading volume of the shares of the Company and also noted that certain website stated that negotiations have been made relating to a change in controlling shareholder of the Company. The directors wish to clarify that the information made on the website is incorrect and are not aware of any reasons for such increases. We also confirm that there are no negotiations or agreements relating to intended acquisitions or realisations which are discloseable under paragraph 3 of the Listing Agreement, neither is the Board aware of any matter discloseable under the general obligation imposed by paragraph 2 of the Listing Agreement, which is or may be of a price-sensitive nature. Please note that Mr. Sze Sun Sun, Tony ("Mr. Sze") has disposed of an aggregate of 49,276,471 shares of the Company beneficially owned by him on 8th December 1999 and 9th December 1999 and Mr. Chu Hon Pong ("Mr. Chu") has disposed of an aggregate of 4,200,000 shares of the Company beneficially owned by him on 9th December, 1999 and 10th December, 1999.
