POSTPONEMENT OF THE EFFECTIVE DATES OF THE CAPITAL REORGANISATION AND CHANGE IN BOARD LOT SIZE

Reference are made to the announcements of the Company dated 21 July 2021, 6 September 2021 and 9 September 2021 and the circular of the Company dated 13 September 2021 (the “Circular”) in relation to, among others, the Capital Reorganisation and the change in board lot size. Terms defined in the Circular have the same meaning when used herein.

As more time is needed for the Company to satisfy the conditions precedent of the Capital Reorganisation, the Capital Reorganisation will not take place today as previously announced. The Company will announce the updated effective dates of the Capital Reorganisation and the change in board lot size and the corresponding timetable as soon as practicable.
