झोपडपट्टीत ५७ टक्के, इमारतीत | १६ टक्के ऑण्टिबॉडीजचे प्राबल्य

मुंबई, दि. २९ (प्रतिनिधी) : राष्ट्रीय 'सेरो' सर्वेक्षणातून मुंबईत करण्यात आलेल्या पहिल्या सर्वेक्षणात झोपडपट्टीत ५७ टक्के, तर इमारत परिसरात १६ टक्के ॲण्टिबॉडीजचे प्राबल्य आढळून आले.

कोरोना विषाणूचा वाढता प्राद्भांव समजून घेण्यासाठी कोरोनाचे 'हॉटस्पॉट' ठरलेल्या ठिकाणी राष्ट्रीय सेरो सर्वेक्षण सुरु करण्यात आले आहे. मुंबईतील चेंबूर दहिसर व माटुंगा– वडाळा या भागात सर्व्हे करण्यात आला. या सर्वेक्षणात रक्तातील नमुन्यामुळे कोरोनाची लागण, कोरोनाचा फैलाव लोकांमध्ये कशा प्रकारे झाला याबाबत माहिती उपलब्ध होणार असून सार्वजनिक आरोग्याच्या धोरणात्मक निर्णयासाठी महत्त्व पूर्ण ठरणार असल्याचे अधिकाऱ्याने सांगितले.

'आयसीएमआर'च्या मार्गदर्शक तत्त्वानूसार १२ वर्षांवरील व्यक्तींचे रक्ताचे नमुने घेण्यासाठी सेरो सर्वेक्षण सुरु करण्यात आले आहे. चेंबूर, माटुंगा– वडाळा व दहिसर या विभागातील व्यक्तींचे नमुने घेण्यात आले. नीति आयोग, टाटा इन्स्टिट्यूट ऑफ फंडामेटल रिसर्चसह अन्य संस्थांच्या माध्यमातून हे सर्वेक्षण करण्यात येत आहे. तीन विभागांमध्ये केलेल्या शास्त्रशुद्ध अभ्यासातून झोपडपट्टी भागांमध्ये सरासरी समारे ५७ टक्के व बिगर झोपडपट्टी भागांमध्ये ्
समारे १६ टक्के याप्रमाणे या रक्तातील प्रतिद्रव्य (ॲण्टिबॉडीज) चे प्राबल्य आढळून आले आहे.

मुंबईमध्ये 'सार्स-कोविड २' संसर्गाच्या अनुषंगाने, रक्तनमूने घेऊन करावयाचे सर्वे क्षण अर्थात 'सेरोलॉजिकल सर्वेलन्सा'चा हा

उपक्रम आहे. या सर्वेक्षणाच्या माध्यमातून अभ्यास करताना कस्तूरबा रेणूजीवशास्त्र वैद्यकीय प्रयोगशाळा, ट्रान्सलेशनल स्वास्थ्य विज्ञान, प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान) एटीई चंद्रा फाऊंडेशन आणि आयडीएफसी इन्स्टिट्यूट हेदेखील त्यामध्ये सहयोगी संस्था म्हणन सहभागी होते.

नागरिकांमध्ये असलेल्या रक्तातील प्रतिद्रव्य (ॲण्टिबॉडीज) चे प्राबल्य जाणून घेणे हा या सर्वे क्षणाचा उद्देश आहे. सर्वसाधारण लोकसंख्येचे वय आणि लिंग यातील स्तरानूसार तसेच आरोग्य कर्मचारी यांचे नमुने घेऊन कोरोनाचा फैलाव कसा झाला, त्याचा अभ्यास करण्यासाठी दोन फेऱ्यांमध्ये सर्वेक्षण घेण्याचे निश्चित करण्यात आले होते.पहिल्या फेरीमध्ये अंदाजित केलेल्या ८ हजार, ८७० पैकी एकूण ६ हजार, ९३६ नमुने संकलित करण्यात आले. झोपडपट्टी आणि बिगर झोपडपट्टी परिसर मिळून 'आर–उत्तर', 'एम– पश्चिम' आणि 'एफ– उत्तर' या तीन विभागांमध्ये

सर्वसाधारण लोकसंख्येतून हे नमूने संकलित करण्यात आले. सर्वेक्षणात सहभागी व्यक्तींची परवानगी घेऊन सर्वेक्षण करण्यात आले. यामध्ये अबॉट कंपनीच्या क्लिया पद्धतीचा उपयोग करून 'ॲण्टिसार्स-कोविड आयजीजी ॲण्टिबॉडीज'ची पडताळणी करण्यात आल्याची माहिती मंबई महापालिका प्रशासनाने दिली.

मुबड़

सर्वेक्षण अभ्यासाचा कालावधी जुलै २०२० या महिन्यातील पहिल्या पंधरवड्यातील १२ ते १४ दिवसांचा होता. सर्वेक्षणामध्ये निर्धारित लक्ष्यापैकी झोपडपट्टी भागातून १०० टक्के, तर बिगर झोपडपट्टी भागातून सरासरी ७० टक्के प्रतिनिधी सहभागी झाले. ॲण्टिबॉडीजचे प्रमाण महिलांमध्ये किंचितसे अधिक आढळून आले असले तरी या तीनही विभागांतील लोकसंख्येमध्ये सर्व वयोगटांमध्ये समान प्राबल्य असल्याचे आढळले असल्याचे प्रशासनाने म्हटले आहे.

तीन प्रभागातील 'सेरो' सर्वेक्षणातील अहवाल निष्कर्ष

सर्वेक्षणातील निष्कर्ष

■ झोपडपट्टी परिसरांमध्ये जास्त प्राबल्य आढळून येण्याचे कारण लोकसंख्येची घनता आणि सामुदायिक सुविधा (शौचालये, पाण्याची स्थळे) वापरणे हे देखील असू शकते.

██ याठिकाणी सध्याचे प्राबल्य (अनुमानित) आणि महानगरपालिकेकडे नोंद असलेली मृत्यू प्रकरणे यांचा एकत्रित विचार केला असता, संसर्ग मृत्यू दर हा अतिशय कमी (०.०५--०.१०%) असण्याची शक्यता आहे.

■ बिगर झोपडपट्टी भागांमध्ये तुलनेने अधिक चागले असलेले सुरक्षित अंतर आणि स्वच्छतेमुळे व त्या सोबतीने बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिकेने संसर्गाचा फैलाव रोखण्यासाठी केलेल्या प्रयत्नामुळे देखील प्राबल्य कमी आढळले आहे. हे सामूहिक प्रतिरोधक शक्ती (हर्ड इम्यूनिटी) संदर्भात अधिक अभ्यास करण्यासाठी शोधलेले सदर परिणाम महत्त्वाचे ठरतील. सामहिक प्रतिरोधक शक्ती तयार होण्यासाठी कुठल्या पातळीपर्यंत प्राबल्य असले पाहिजे, हे अद्यापही निश्चित नसले तरी, लोकसंख्येच्या मोठ्या हिश्श्यामध्ये प्रतिरोधक शक्ती अस्तित्वात असेल आणि टिकून असेल तर निदान झोपडपट्ट्यांमध्ये तरी लवकरच हे कळून येईल.

■ बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिकेकडे उपलब्ध असलेल्या नोंदींच्या आधारे, सर्वेक्षण केलेल्या तीनही विभागांमध्ये रुग्णप्रकरण मृत्युदर (सुमारे ५–६ टक्के) याच्या तुलनेत संसर्ग मृत्युदर हा कमी (०.०५–०.१० टक्के) असू शकते.

थोडक्यात

मुंबईत १११८ नवे 'कोरोना' रुग्ण

मुंबई : मुंबईत बुधवारी दिवसभरात १११८ नवीन रुग्णांची नोंद झाली असून एकूण रुग्णसंख्या १, ११, ९६४ झाली आहे. आज ९१६ रुग्ण बरे झाले असून बरे झालेल्या रुग्णांची एकूण संख्या ८५,३२७ झाली आहे. दुर्दैवाने आज ६० रुग्णांचा मृत्यू झाला असून आत्तापर्यंत एकूण ६,२४४ रुग्णांचा मृत्यू झाला आहे. दरम्यान सध्या विविध रुग्णालयांमध्ये २०,१२३ रुग्ण उपचार घेत आहेत. धारावी कोरोनामुक्तीच्या दिशेने वाटचाल करीत असून येथील रुग्णांची संख्या आटोक्यात आली आहे. बूधवारी केवळ २ नवीन कोरोना रुग्णांची नोंद झाली. येथील रुग्णांची संख्या २५४५ झाली आहे. यातील २२१२ रुग्ण बरे झाल्याने त्यांना डिस्चार्ज देण्यात आला आहे. त्यामुळे येथील ॲक्टिव्ह ८३ रुग्ण आहेत. तर दादरमध्ये दिवस भरात २५ नवीन रुग्ण आढळले. येथील आतापर्यंत रुग्णांची संख्या १६८९ झाली आहे. मात्र यातील ११६० रुग्ण बरे होऊन घरी परतले आहेत. त्यामुळे येथील ॲक्टीव रुग्ण ४५६ आहेत. माहिम येथे २५ नवीन रुग्ण सापडले असून येथील रुग्णांची संख्या १६५७ झाली आहे. यातील १३७५ रुग्ण कोरोनामुक्त झाले आहेत. त्यामुळे येथील ॲक्टिव्ह रुग्णांची संख्या २१२ आहे.

मुंबई: इतर आस्थापनांप्रमाणे स्टॉल सूरू करण्याची परवानगी द्यावी, अशी मागणी दिव्यांगांनी महापौर किशोरी पेडणेकर यांच्याकडे केली आहे. राष्टीय अपंग विकास महासंघाचे सुरेंद्र लाड, मंगेश मालवणकर यांच्या नेतृत्वात दिव्यांगांनी नुकतीच महापौर किशोरी पेडणेकर यांची भेट घेतली. यावेळी विविध मागण्यांबाबत महापौरांशी चर्चा केली. बृहन्मूंबई महानगरपालिकेत पाच हजार दिव्यांग बांधवांनी नोंदणी केली असून यापैकी दोन हजार बांधवांना धान्य किट मिळाले आहे. उर्वरित बांधवांनासद्धा धान्य किट देण्यात यावे. अशी मागणी त्यांनी महापौरांकडे केली. तसेच स्टॉल बंद असल्याने आर्थिक मदतीची मागणीही त्यांनी यावेळी केली. धान्य किट देण्याबाबत बहन्मंबई महानगरपालिकेची निविदा प्रक्रिया सुरू असून लवकरच उर्वरित दिव्यांग बांधवांनासुद्धा धान्य किटचे वितरण केरण्यात येईल, असे महापौरांनी सांगितले. तसेच दिव्यांगांचे स्टॉल सूरू करण्याबाबत व इतर मागण्यांबाबत महापालिका प्रशासनासोबत लवकरच संयुक्त बैठक घेऊन हा प्रश्न निकाली काढणार असल्याचे आश्वासन महापौरांनी दिले. बैठकीला अपंग सेवा संघ, राष्ट्रीय अपंग विकास महासंघ तसेच भारतीय अंध अपंग पूनर्वसन संस्था यांचे प्रतिनिधी उपस्थित होते.

सिनेलाल 'ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्म'मध्ये नवीन विक्रम करण्यासाठी सज्ज

मुंबई : 'ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्म'वर चित्रपट तसेच मालिका प्रदर्शित करण्याचा ट्रेंड फारच वाढला आहे आणि प्रेक्षकांनाही या व्यासपीठाची आवड निर्माण झाली आहे. या प्रचंड लोकप्रिय व्यासपीठावर जागा मिळू शकत नसल्यामुळे छोट्या फिल्ममेकर्स आणि टेलिव्हिजन सीरियल निर्मात्यांना निराश व्हावे लागत आहे आणि त्यासाठीच 'मेक इन इंडिया'अंतर्गत 'सिनेलाल' नावाचा एक 'ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्म' तयार करण्यात आला आहे. हा 'ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्म' तयार करण्यासाठी अनेक कॉर्पोरेट लोकांनी हातभार लावला आहे. 'सिनेलाल' या 'ओटीटी'वर हिंदी, इंग्रजी चित्रपट आणि दुरदर्शन मालिकांसोबतच प्रादेशिक भाषांनाही जागा देण्यात येणार आहे. संध्या अनेक 'ओटीटी प्लॅटफॉर्म' उपलब्ध आहेत. परंतु, प्रादेशिक भाषांना योग्य प्रकारे तिथे प्राधान्य दिले जात नाही. ज्यामुळे छोटे निर्माते स्वतः ला उपेक्षित समजतात. परंतु, हे येथे होणार नाही. कारण, या प्लॅटफॉर्मवर मोठ्या निर्मात्यांबरोबरच लहान निर्मात्यांचे चित्रपट तसेच मालिकासुद्धा प्रदर्शित होणार आहेत.

आहेत. अशा इमारतींमध्ये राहणाऱ्या रहिवाशांचा जीव इमारतीचे मालक जाणीवपूर्वक वाचविण्याबरोबरच वित्तहानी दर्लक्ष करत असल्याने त्या टाळण्यासाठी त्या इमारतींना इमारतींतील सदनिकाधारकांना संरक्षण मिळावे यासाठी जीव धोक्यात घालून राहावे पूर्व' विभागाच्या साहाय्यक महापालिकेने या इमारतींच्या लागत आहे. शिवाय काही मालकांना नोटीसा पाठवून इमारती भरवस्तीत किंवा मुंबई शहर तसेच उपनगरात रस्त्याच्या शेजारी असल्याने इमारतींचे 'स्ट्रक्चरल ऑडिट' जुन्या इमारती कोसळून दुर्दैवी दर्घटना झाल्यास करुन घेण्यास सांगावे. या मोत्घ्या अपघात घडण्याचे प्रकार प्रमाणात परीक्षण अहवालात सूचविलेल्या वित्तहानी आणि म्युनिसिपल मजदूर युनियनच्या म्हणण्याला वाढत आहेत. यामुळे वित्त मनुष्यहानी होण्याची दाट द्रुस्ती, सुधारणा करण्यास द्जोरा देत, रोस्टर (नियुक्ती) पडताळणी तसेच जीवितहानी होत आहे. प्राधान्य देण्यात यावे व आवश्यक शक्यता नाकारता येत नाही, प्रक्रियेमळे त्यांचे वेतन रखंडले आहे. मात्र, नुकत्याच करण्यात आलेल्या त्या ठिकाणी परवानगीकरिता असे वायकर यांनी पत्रात नमूद पाहणीत मुंबईत सूमारे ४४३ कायदेशीर सहकार्य करावे, केले आहे. धोकादायक इमारती असल्याचे अशी सूचना वायकर यांनी जोगेश्वरी विधानसभा क्षेत्रात 'के पूर्व'च्या साहाय्यक निष्पन्न झाले आहे. मुंबईतील नगटवर नगर क्र. ५ येथील राणे जुन्या इमारतींच्या दुरुस्तीकडे सदन, त्रिमूर्ती को. ऑप. हौ. आयुक्तांना पत्राद्वारे केली आहे.

कोरोना'शी लढणाऱ्या अ परिचारिका वेतनाविना मुंबई, दि. २९ (प्रतिनिधी) :कोरोना फैलावत

असताना त्याच्याशी सामना करण्यासाठी तातडीने नियुक्त केलेल्या परिचारिकांना अद्यापही वेतन मिळालेले नाही. इतकेच नव्हे तर त्यांना दैनंदिन भत्ताही देण्यात आलेला नाही. आघाडीवर लढणाऱ्या या 'कोविड योद्ध्यां'कडे पालिका प्रशासनाने दुर्लक्ष केले आहे, अशी माहिती म्युनिसिपल मजदूर युनियनने दिली.

कोरोनाचा जोरदार फैलाव होत असताना एप्रिल–मे महिन्यादरम्यान मुंबई महापालिकेने विशेष भरती मोहिमेंतर्गत २०९ परिचारिकांची (नर्सची) नियुक्ती केली. मात्र कोरोनाशी लढा देऊनही मागील तीन महिन्यांपासून त्यांना वेतन मिळालेले नाही. इतकेच नाही, तर रोजचा मिळणारा ३०० रुपये भत्ताही देण्यात आलेला नाही, असे म्यूनिसिपल मजदर यूनियन कामगार घटनेने म्हटले आहे.

जाहिरात पालिकेने दिली होती. त्यानुसार काहींनी खासगी रुग्णालय किंवा इतर ठिकाणची नोकरी सोडून दिली. मात्र येथे नियुक्ती होऊनही तीन महिन्यांपासून वेतन मिळत नसल्याने आर्थिक चणचण भासत आहे. रोजचा दिला जाणारा ३०० रुपये भत्ताही दिला जात नाही. वेतनाविना जगणार कसे असा सवाल काही परिचारिकांनी विचारला आहे.

दरम्यान, नव्याने नियुक्त केलेल्या २०९ परिचारिकांना त्वरित वेतन व भत्ते देण्याची मागणी म्युनिसिपल मजदूर युनियनने पालिका आयुक्त इकबालसिंह चहल यांच्याकडे केली आहे. या सर्व परिचारिकांना पालिकेच्या नर्सिंग कॉलेजमध्ये प्रशिक्षण देण्यात आले होते. कोरोना संसर्ग वाढल्यानंतर त्यांना एप्रिल– मेच्या दरम्यान तातडीने रुजू होण्यास प्रशासनाकडून सांगण्यात आले होते. मात्र त्यांना पगारापासून् वंचित ठेवण्यात आले असल्याचे युनियनचे सचिव प्रभाकर नारकर यांनी म्हटले आहे.

लवकरच वेतन दिले जाईल, अशी माहिती आरोग्य विभागातील एका अधिकाऱ्याने दिली. पालिकेने राहण्याची व जेवणाची व्यवस्था केली आहे. मात्र तीन महिने पगारच मिळालेला नाही. कायमस्वरुपी परिचारिकांची नेमणूक अशी सांगण्यात आले.

नव्याने नियुक्त केलेल्या या परिचारिकांना तातडीने घेण्यात आले होते. त्यांची नियुक्ती पडताळणी प्रक्रिया सुरु असल्याने वेतन लांबले आहे. ही प्रक्रिया वेगाने सूरु असून त्यांना लवकरच वेतन मिळेल, असे वैद्यकीय अधिकाऱ्यांकडून Candidate must be graduate with CAIIB, GDCA, DBF, Diploma in Co- operative Management in any discipline may apply. महापालिका शाळाचा दहावाचा विक्रमा $\mathbf{S}$

मुंबई, दि. २९ (प्रतिनिधी): मुंबई महापालिका शाळांचा यंदा दहावीचा निकाल ९३.२५ टक्के लागला. गेल्या वर्षीच्या तूलनेत यंदा टक्केवारीत ४० टक्क्यांनी वाढ झाली आहे. मागील वर्षी ७३ टक्के निकाल लागला होता. महापालिका शाळांत उत्तम व दर्जेदार शिक्षण मिळत असल्याचे पालिका शाळांत शिक्षण घेणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांनी दाखवून दिले आहे. इतर खासगी शाळांच्या तुलनेत महापालिका शाळांची मूलेही लय भारी ठरली आहेत.

टक्के इतका लागला होता. यंदा ९३.२५ टक्के गेल्या वर्षी पालिका शाळेचा निकाल ५३ निकाल लागला आहे. यंदा मुंबई महापालिकेच्या

४९ अनुदानित व १६१ विनाअनुदानित अशा एकूण २१० माध्यमिक शाळांमधून दहावीच्या परीक्षेसाठी १३ हजार ६३७ विद्यार्थी परीक्षेला टक्के विद्यार्थी पास झाले आहेत. डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर मुंबई पब्लिक स्कूल माध्यमिक शाळेतील संकु संजीवा अंजनेयुलु व विलेपार्ले पब्लिक स्कूल माध्यमिक शाळेतील महेश इलेशकुमार गांधी या दोन्ही विद्यार्थिनींनी ९६ टक्के ्गुण मिळवत पहिला नंबर पटकवला आहे, तर ) टक्के लागला आहे.

प्रभादेवी येथील पालिकेच्या माध्यमिक शाळेतील हिना तुळसकर या विद्यार्थिनीने ९५.४० गुण मिळवत दुसरा क्रमांक पटकावला, तर सांताक्रूझ बसले होते. त्यापैकी १२ हजार ७१६ विद्यार्थी येथील उर्द माध्यमिक शाळेतील कुलसूम तारिक उत्तीर्ण झाल्याने पालिका शाळांमधील ९३.२५ या विद्यार्थिनीने ९४.६० टक्के गुण मिळवून तृतीय क्रमांक पटकावला, असे पालिका शिक्षण अधिकारी महेश पालकर यांनी सांगितले.

जास्तीत जास्त कामगारांनी पाठिंबा देण्याचे कृती समितीचे आवाहन

मुंबई, दि. २९ (प्रतिनिधी) : कोरोना प्रादुर्भावामुळे 'बेस्ट'चे कामगार मोठ्या संख्येने मृत झाले असून त्यांना भरपाई देण्यासाठी मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे यांच्याकडे ऑनलाईन याचना करण्यात आली आहे. त्यासाठी कामगारांनी जास्तीत जास्त संख्येने पाठिंबा द्यावा असे आवाहन बेस्ट कामगार संयुक्त कृती समितीतर्फे शशांक राव यांनी केले आहे.

कोविड काळात अत्यावश्यक सेवा करीत असताना 'बेस्ट' उपक्रमाचे १३५० पेक्षा जास्त कर्मचारी पॉझिटिव्ह झाले असून, आतापर्यंत सूमारे १०७ कर्मचाऱ्यांचे बळी गेले आहेत. बेस्टच्या ३४,००० कर्मचाऱ्यांपैकी १०७ कामगारांचा मृत्यू हे प्रमाण देशाच्या मृत्युदराच्या तब्बल १३० पट आहे. शासन निर्णयानुसार मृतांच्या वारसांना देय ५० लाखांचे सानुग्रह अनुदान

आलेली नाही. करोना व मृत्यूचे वाढते भयावह प्रमाण रोखण्यासाठी प्रतिबंधात्मक उपचारांची व्यवस्था करण्यात आलेली नाही, असेही या याचिकेत म्हटले आहे.

'लॉकडाऊन'मध्ये अडकल्यामूळे कामावर बडतर्फीची बेकायदेशीर कारवाई करण्यात येत आहे, असेही 'बेस्ट'तर्फे सांगण्यात आले.

अद्याप एकाही वारसाला देण्यात आहे, तसेच केंद्र व राज्य शासनाचे आदेश डावलून बेकायदेशीर पगारकपातदेखील करण्यात आली आहे. या पार्श्वभूमीवर 'बेस्ट' कामगार संयुक्त कृती समितीतर्फे राज्याच्या मुख्यमंत्र्यांना मृत्यू पावलेल्या कामगारांच्या ) ऑनलाईन पिटीशनद्वारे बेस्ट कामगारांच्या न्याय्य हक्कांच्या मागण्या सादर करण्यात येत आहेत. अधिकाधिक नागरिकांनी व कामगार वर्गाने ९० पेक्षा जास्त प्रकरणांमध्ये उत्स्फूर्तपणे सदर पिटीशनला पाठिंबा देण्याचे आवाहन करण्यात आले आहे.

दरम्यान, आतापर्यंत १,२०० हून अधिक कर्मचाऱ्यांना कोरोनाची लागण झाली होती. उपाय व करोनाग्रस्त कामगारांसाठी तत्काळ त्यापैकी १६ कामगारांचा मृत्यू झाला. आतापर्यंत एक हजार कामगारांनी कोरोनावर मात केल्याचे 'बेस्ट' उपक्रमातील वरिष्ठ अधिकाऱ्याने सांगितले.
