Sub : Resignation as a Director of the Company.
I, Tarak Patel, hereby tender my resignation as the Director of Skyline Millars Limited with effect from May 11, 2022.
With the increase in size and scale of business at GMM Pfaudler, I am unable to devote time to Skyline Millars and hence would like to step down as a Director of Skyline Millars.
I would like to place on record my appreciation for the co-operation received by me during my association with the Company from the members of the Board and I would like to thank them for their assistance and cooperation.
