SuprCuvr Update

Highlights

• Production commenced and ongoing of TGA-registered SuprCuvr hospital-grade disinfectant

• Production facilities and ingredients supply chain fully operational with the intention to produce 25,000 litres per month with the ability to scale up.

Australian natural skin care company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (Skin Elements, the Company) is pleased to announce that it has commenced production of SuprCuvr, its Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA)-registered hospital-grade disinfectant, and has today formally launched SuprCuvr in the media.

The Company’s manufacturing facilities and ingredients supply chain are fully operational, with the intention to produce 25,000 litres of SuprCuvr per month on an ongoing and increasing basis.

Skin Elements also advises that it has launched a dedicated SuprCuvr online shopping platform (www.suprcuvr.com) with three bottle sizes of SuprCuvr all available for sale now, as follows (see Image 1);

• 80ml – designed for portable protection and can be carried in a handbag or briefcase, or in a desk drawer at work.

• 145ml – designed for use in the car, SUV, caravan and camper or truck.

• 285ml – designed for use in the home or office to clean all surface areas.

The Company is also planning to release a five-litre drum for commercial-scale use in the near future.

The commencement of SuprCuvr production in parallel with the launch of the online sales platform is the culmination of an extensive body of work by Skin Elements’ product and marketing teams. This work has delivered an end-to-end supply chain designed to meet planned future demand growth for SupCuvr.

New Business Update

Skin Elements is aggressively pursuing its commercialisation and growth strategy for SuprCuvr, and has engaged a sales team to drive sales and distribution.

The Company advises that its sales and distribution strategy is initially targeting:

• mining groups and associated service providers that provide cleaning services Australia-wide

• Commercial airlines for the provision of SuprCuvr for the deep-cleaning requirements for fleets of aircraft;

• Commercial cleaning companies; and

• State governments in Australia, in relation to sales and distributions opportunities for SuprCuvr in the transport, health and education sectors.

Background on SuprCuvr

SuprCuvr is a TGA registered hospital-grade disinfectant (Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods number 373328) made from a 100% plant-based formula.

Independent laboratory tests have confirmed that SuprCuvr has 99.99999% (7 log reduction[1] ) effectiveness against COVID 19[2] . Skin Elements’ research indicates that SuprCuvr is the first and only approved disinfectant globally with a 99.99999% (7 log reduction[1] ) efficacy against COVID 19.

The combination of exceptionally high efficacy in a 100% plant-based formula presents a significant market opportunity for SuprCuvr in large-scale settings where disinfectants are deployed.
