AMENDED APPENDIX 3Y – CHANGE OF DIRECTOR’S INTEREST NOTICE

We refer to an Appendix 3Y Change of Director’s Interest Notice lodged by Skin Elements Limited (SKN) on the ASX Market Announcements Platform (‘MAP’) on 26 March 2020 at 5.20pm for Mr Craig Piercy (‘Appendix 3Y’).

This Appendix 3Y contained a typographical error in regard to the Date of Change.

The amended Appendix 3Y is now attached and this should be read in replacement of the Appendix 3Y lodged on 26 March 2020.

This announcement is approved by the Board of Directors of Skin Elements Limited.
