NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE - EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE OF OFFER
Australian natural biotechnology company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) ( Skin Elements , the Company ) announces that its Entitlement Issue Prospectus dated 19[th] December 2024 for an entitlement issue of one share for every five fully paid ordinary shares held at record date together with one free new option for every share applied for has been extended two weeks from 5pm on (WST) Friday, 14[th] February to 5pm (WST) on Friday, 28[th] February 2025.
The Company considers it appropriate to extend the closing date of the Offer to allow shareholders additional time to consider participation in the Offer.
The prospectus is available on the ASX website, www.asx.com.au, and can be accessed and downloaded with the entitlement and acceptance form via the Link Market Services website at https://events.miraqle.com/skn-offer.
A revised timetable in respect of the Offer is set out below.

- The Directors may extend the Closing Date by giving at least 3 Business Days’ _notice to ASX prior to the Closing Date. Accordingly, the date the Shares are expected to commence trading on ASX may vary.
