ENTITLEMENT ISSUE RESULTS - OVERSUBSCRIBED
Australian biotechnology company Skin Elements Limited (ASX:SKN) (SKN, the Company) wishes to advise that its offer under its Entitlement Issue Prospectus dated 19[th] December 2024, raising $513,692 has now closed .
The Offer was for one share for every five fully paid ordinary shares held at record date together with one free new option for every share subscribed, issuing up to 171,230,552 shares and options raising $513,692 before costs.
In accordance with Appendix 7A of the ASX Listing Rules, the Company advises the following:

The Company received entitlement acceptances for 175,728,022 new Shares and Options, which includes oversubscribed acceptances of 4,497,470 new Shares and Options raising an additional $13,492 (Oversubscribed Shares & Options)

The Company will process the oversubscribed Shares & Options under its ASX LR 7.1 capacity.
Allotment of the new shares & options under the offer together with the oversubscribed Shares & Options will take place today.
