ENTITLEMENT ISSUE – OVERSUBSCRIPTION
Australian biotechnology company Skin Elements Limited (ASX:SKN) (SKN, the Company) is pleased to advise that further to the En�tlement Issue Results as advised to the ASX on 7[th] March 2025, the Company has received addi�onal oversubscrip�on applica�ons for a further 43,333,333 New Shares and Op�ons raising an addi�onal $130,000 (before costs) .
The Company will now proceed to issue the oversubscribed Shares & Op�ons under its ASX LR7.1 capacity.
An Appendix 2A and cleansing statement are to follow.
