Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Skin Elements Limited (‘SKN’) will be halted at the request of SKN, pending the release of an announcement by SKN.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 15 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

Trading halt request

Skin Elements Limited (ASX:SKN) ( Company ) requests that ASX grant a trading halt in its securities with immediate effect pending an announcement by the Company of a capital raise.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

• the Company requests that the trading halt continue until the earlier of the making of an announcement or the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 15 October 2025;

• the Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
