SKIN EXTENDS NON-RENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT ISSUE OFFER TO SHAREHOLDERS
Australian biotechnology company Skin Elements Limited (ASX:SKN) (SKN, the Company) wishes to advise that the closing date for its Entitlement Issue Prospectus, dated 5[th] April 2023 for an entitlement issue of one share for every five fully paid ordinary shares together with one free new option for every share applied has been extended to 5pm (AWST) Monday 22[nd] May 2023.
The Company has corresponded with a number of shareholders who are interested in participating in the Offer but have experienced delays in the receipt via post of their Offer Documents.
The Board has resolved to extend the closing date by two weeks from today, to allow all eligible shareholders the opportunity to participate. This will be the only extension to the Offer Period.
