ENTITLEMENT ISSUE SHORTFALL COMPLETED OVERSUBSCRIBED
Australian biotechnology company Skin Elements Limited (ASX:SKN) (SKN, the Company) wishes to advise that it has now completed the $932,270 fully underwritten entitlement offer with the underwritten shortfall of 30,889,880 new Shares and Options (ASX Announcement dated 29 May 2023, titled ‘Entitlement Issue successfully closed & notice of shortfall) now allotted by the Company in consultation with the underwriter 708 Capital Pty Ltd (“708”).
An Appendix 2A follows.
The shortfall was oversubscribed. The board have agreed to place the over subscription of $39,712 issuing the additional 3,971,238 shares and options using its exisiting ASX LR 7.1 placement capacity to a sophisticated and professional investor who is a current shareholder of the Company. This allotment is expected to be completed shortly with Appendix 2A to follow.
This ASX announcement has been authorised for release by the Board.
