Entitlement Issue – Updated Timetable

Australian natural skin care company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (Skin Elements, the Company) advises that it has today lodged an Appendix 3B updating the Entitlement Issue timetable previously announced to the market on 6 April 2021 and updated on 4 August 2022.

The update to the timetable is required due to the fact the Company requires further time to finalise the terms of the entitlement issue.

This announcement is approved by the Board of directors of Skin Elements Limited.
