Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Skin Elements Limited (‘SKN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SKN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 26 October 2022 or when the announcement is released to the market.

VOLUNTARY TRADING HALT
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Skin Elements Limited (SKN) (the Company) requests a voluntary trading halt pending an announcement regarding a placement.
The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be completed on or before the commencement of trading on 26 October 2022 by lodgement of the Company’s announcement on MAP.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted and is not aware of any other information relevant to this request.
