Cleansing Notice

This notice is given by Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (the ‘ Company ’) under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act).

The Company hereby confirms that:

1. The Company has issued fully paid ordinary shares (the ‘Securities’ ) in the number, at the issue price, on the terms and for the purpose as set out in the ASX Appendix 2A lodged on 28 October 2022 prior to this announcement;

2. The Securities were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

3. The Company is providing this notice under paragraph 5(e) of section 708A of the Corporations Act;

4. As at the date of this notice the Company has complied with:

   • i. The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and

   • ii. Sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

5. As at the date of this announcement, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
