Entitlement Issue – Updated Timetable

Australian natural skin care company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (Skin Elements, the Company) advises that it has today lodged an Appendix 3B updating the Entitlement Issue timetable previously announced to the market on 26 October 2022 and updated on 18 November 2022.

The update to the timetable is required so that the offer can be undertaken outside of the Christmas holidays period.

This announcement is approved by the Board of directors of Skin Elements Limited.
