Placement finalised raising $2.1 million

Australian natural skin care company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (the ‘ Company ’) is pleased to advise that it has finalised the placement announced on 31 August 2021 raising additional funds to a total of $2.1 million in cash to fund its stated business plans including the launch of is new TGA registered SuprCuvr hospital grade disinfectant.

The Company has issued 26,250,000 ordinary fully paid shares for $2,100,000 in cash (before costs) in a private placement to sophisticated investors under the Company’s ASX Listing Rule 7.1 and 7.1A placement capacity.

An updated Appendix 3B, an Appendix 2A application and Cleansing Prospectus will be lodged in relation to this placement.

This announcement is approved by the Board of directors of Skin Elements Limited.
