Entitlement Issue – Updated Timetable
Australian natural skin care company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (Skin Elements, the Company) advises that it has today lodged an Appendix 3B updating the Entitlement Issue timetable previously announced to the market on 6 April 2021 and updated on 20 October 2021.
The update to the timetable is required due to the fact the Company is now re-quoted on ASX and is proceeding to prepare the entitlement issue documentation.
This announcement is approved by the Board of directors of Skin Elements Limited.
