Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Skin Elements Limited (‘SKN’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of SKN, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 21 January 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

TRADING HALT

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1 Skin Elements Limited (SKN) (the Company) requests a trading halt pending an announcement by the Company on an entitlement issue.

The Company anticipates that the trading halt will be completed on or before the commencement of trading on Tuesday 21 January 2020 by provision of the Company’s announcement to the ASX.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, and is not aware of any other information relevant to this request.
