SKIN ELEMENTS ENTITLEMENT ISSUE CLOSING DATE EXTENDED
Australian natural skincare company Skin Elements Limited ( SKN ) advises that it has extended the closing date of the non-renounceable pro-rate entitlement issue to Tuesday 10 March 2020 to give eligible shareholders more time to receive the prospectus and accept the offer of their entitlement.
The Entitlement Offer is a fully underwritten non-renounceable pro-rata rights issue to existing shareholders at the record date of 11 February 2020 who have a registered address in Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong or China ( Eligible Shareholders ).
