NEW SECURITIES ISSUES
Skin Elements Limited (SKN) is pleased to advise that it has completed a number of new securities issues under its LR7.1 and LR7.1A capacity as follows:
The issue of 2,500,000 ordinary fully paid shares to Titan Securities Pty Ltd pursuant to the Lead Management Agreement for the recent entitlement issue completed on 10 March 2020. These shares are issued under the Company’s LR7.1 capacity.
The issue of 598,315 ordinary fully paid shares to Ridgescan Pty Ltd pursuant to a contract for the provision of project services. These shares are issued under the Company’s LR7.1 capacity.
The issue of 9,000,000 ordinary fully paid shares and 3,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.03 on or before 31 December 2020 to sophisticated investors for a placement raising $90,000 cash working capital. These shares and options are issued under the Company’s LR7.1 capacity.
The issue of 24,800,000 ordinary fully paid shares to sophisticated investors for a placement raising $310,000 cash working capital. These shares are issued under the Company’s LR7.1A capacity.
In accordance with LR3.10.3, SKN will provide an Appendix 3B in online form to follow.
This announcement is approved by the Board of Directors of Skin Elements Limited .
