Skin Elements Limited (“Company”) was admitted to the Official List of ASX Limited (“ASX”) on Tuesday, 3 January 2017.

Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 10.00 am (WST) (1:00 pm AEDT) on Friday, 6 January 2017.

The Company raised $3,710,000, pursuant to the offer made under the prospectus dated 1 June 2016, first supplementary prospectus dated 28 June 2016, second supplementary prospectus dated 18 August 2016 and the third supplementary prospectus dated 16 November 2016 (“Prospectus”) issued by the Company, by the issue of 18,550,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $0.20 per share and 9,275,000 quoted options exercisable at $0.20 each on or before 31 October 2018.
