Skin Elements Limited – Change of Company Secretary

Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (the ‘ Company ’) advises of the resignation on 9 March 2021 of its joint company secretaries, Ms Kate Sainty and Mr Steven Wood. Ms Sainty has recently commenced maternity leave and Mr Wood’s other work commitments preclude him from continuing in the role.

The Company thanks the joint company secretaries for their efforts and wishes them well in their future endeavors.

Non-executive director, Mr Phil Giglia has been appointed as the Company’s new company secretary.

Mr Giglia is a chartered accountant with more than 25 years’ experience in senior roles, with a strong depth of expertise in the small to medium enterprise sector.
