NEW DIRECTOR APPOINTED
Australian natural skincare company Skin Elements Limited (ASK:SKN) (SKN, the Company) is pleased to advise that it has today appointed Mr Lee Christensen as a Non-Executive Director to the Board.
Mr Christensen is the principal of CX Law, a progressive legal practice in Perth Western Australia. He has over 30 years’ experience as a barrister and solicitor in corporate and commercial law particularly restructuring and solvency, and ASX and ASIC regulatory matters. He is also the Chairman of ASX listed company Titanium Sands Limited.
Mr Christensen has a Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and was formerly the Managing Partner and CEO of Gadens in Perth.
SKN also advises of the resignation of Mr John Poulsen as Non-Executive Director. The Board expresses its gratitude to Mr Poulsen for his work over the past year and wishes him success in the continued development of his business People Passion Performance.
