Director’s Resignation

Australian natural skin care company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (Skin Elements, the Company) advises that it has received the resignation of Mr Luke Martino as a non-executive Director effective immediately.

This follows the Company’s announcement of its China Distribution Agreement not proceeding and the Company’s continued focus on development of its Australian, European and American sales channels for its all natural skincare products.

Mr Martino has been a non executive Board member since the Company’s commencement including covering the period of the Company’s initial public offering and listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX).

The Company and Board wishes to sincerely thank Mr Martino for his professional contribution over the past three years and wish him well in his future endeavours.
