Skin Elements Limited (SKN) – Board Resignations and New Appointment

Australian natural skin care company Skin Elements Limited (ASX: SKN) (Skin Elements, the Company) advises that it has today received the resignations of Mr Zeling Li and Ms Jialin Li as non-executive Directors effective immediately.

This follows the Company’s announcement of its China Distribution Agreement not proceeding and the repayment of the $200,000 convertible note through the re-issue to third parties.

The Board welcomes the appointment of Mr Craig Piercy to the Board of Directors. Mr Piercy is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience and has been involved with the development of Skin Elements project since inception.

The Company is now well placed to launch its sales programs with the focus on development of its Australian, European and American sales channels for its all natural skincare products.
