Dear Shareholders

Annual General Meeting – Update regarding Class A Performance Rights

Further to the Company’s Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 25 March 2022 the Company provides the following update in relation to the proposed Class A Performance Rights which are the subject of Resolutions 2 and 3 set out in the Notice.

Since the dispatch of the Notice, the Company has received constructive feedback from a group of shareholders in relation to the proposed vesting conditions for the Class A Performance Rights that the Company is seeking approval to issue to director Mr Peter Malone and to members of the Company’s management.

As a result of that feedback the Company has agreed to the addition of a further vesting condition for the Class A Performance Rights in the following terms:

‘The volume weighted average price of the Company’s shares traded on ASX over 20 consecutive trading days on which the Company’s shares are actually traded being equal to or greater than $0.18 per share.’

Shareholders are reminded that the AGM will be held at 1242 Hay Street, West Perth, Western Australia on Tuesday, 26 April 2022 at 12 noon (WST) and that proxy forms for the AGM can be lodged in accordance with the instructions in the Notice on or before 12 noon (WST) Sunday, 24 April 2022.
