Our SKNProtect division was born out of 10 years research & development that resulted in a major advancement in sun protection technology. Based on all natural, organic ingredients our award-winning sun protection cream, Soléo Organics, is formulated to protect you from both UV-A and UV-B solar radiation while providing natural moisturising care for your skin.
This division was built around our proprietary papaya based filtrate containing the highest percentage of SE Papaya Formula in the market by far. We developed a range of products for cleansing, hydrating, revitalising and generally caring for your skin. Our therapeutics range, was developed using this powerful papaya extract base supplemented by proven ingredients used in traditional herbal medicine to treat a range of skin conditions.
Born shortly before a global pandemic, Invisi Shield is a world leading technology that is effective in killing the corona virus at levels thought only possible using alcohol. Totally free of chemicals and alcohol our antibacterial sanitiser is safe for the whole family. The range continues to grow from a hand sanitiser to a foamer to a room spray to a disinfectant spray.
Invisi Shield does not sting the skin, dry the skin, is non oily, non sticky, fragrance free and plant based.

This division is dedicated to bringing you all natural & organic cosmetics with ingredients such as Argireline and Cannabis carefully selected after independent scientific research. All the Elizabeth Jane range of products are therefore ideal for sensitive skin & provide an effective alternative to synthetic chemical based cosmetic care for your skin.

- Entered into $2.4 million Distribution Agreement for Invisi Shield® Organics.
- Manufacturing underway across its SE Formula product ranges including Invisi Shield® Organics, Soléo Organics, and PapayaActivs.
- Entered into Capital Raising and Underwriting agreement for $10.5 million from the exercise of the Company's options expiring on 31 December 2020.

Invisi Shield an all natural sanitiser shield for personal and commercial applications
Invisi Shield® Organics range includes alcohol-free, all-natural sanitiser and disinfectant products incorporating natural plantbased extracts. It is designed to deliver maximum protection against germs whilst addressing increasing concerns about skin sensitivity, due to the highly repetitive use of alcohol- based sanitisers. Invisi Shield® Organics is available in either a personal spray, room spray, foamer or commercial hospital grade disinfectant spray along with commercial fogging applications.
Skin Elements is continuing to investigate the use of the SE Formula™ in a range of applications for Invisi Shield® Organics.

Mr Peter Malone Executive Chairman
Mr Malone has over 30 years' experience in global financial markets and has been responsible for raising AUD$100m+ for technology development companies. He has a proven track record in developing and managing technology development programs, from idea stage to reality. Previous CEO to listed companies, he has a Masters degree from UWA and has taught and consulted in Australia, USA, Europe and Asia in business and management. Mr Malone is responsible for the strategic direction of the Company and is its Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
Mr Phil Giglia Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr Giglia is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years' experience in senior roles, with a strong depth enterprise sector. Mr Giglia worked for leading global accountancy firm Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1985 to 1991. He is principal of Perth accountancy practice, Giglia & Associates, is also a director of Global Marine Enclosures P.L. has a Bachelor of Business (with Distinction) from the Western Australian Institute of Technology, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia/NZ.
Mr John Poulsen Independent Non-Executive Director
Mr Poulsen joined the Skin Elements Board in October 2020. Mr Poulsen has over 37 years' experience in finance, commercial and public policy law in Australia. He was formerly the Managing Partner and CEO of Squire Patton Boggs (previously Minter Ellison) a top 10 Global Law Firm which is one of the fastest growing law firms in Australia, with offices in Perth, Sydney and Darwin.
