PUBLICATION NOTICE OF HALF–YEAR FINANCIAL REPORT AS OF 30 JUNE 2019

Padua, September 19th, 2019 – SIT S.p.A., a company listed on the MTA market organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that the Half – Year Financial Report as of 30th June 2019, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company on September 12th, 2019, as well the Auditors' Report, is available at the Company's registered office in Padova, viale dell'Industria 31-33, on corporate website (www.sitgroup.it, section Investor Relations > Financial Information), and on the authorized storage mechanism "eMarketStorage", available on the website .
