1. Mr. Garoseanu Ion, informed the issuer that, on 25.03.2026, following the acquisition of financial instruments, he holds 31.8898% of the voting rights.
2. FIA with private capital BT Invest 1, informed the issuer that, on 25.03.2026, following the disposal of financial instruments, the holdings decreased, the voting percentage being 0%.
