IMPORTANT EVENT TO REPORT: Errata - Decision of the Board of Directors - Appointment of General Manager

In the Current Report dated 14.10.2020, an error was slipped regarding the end-date of the mandate of General Manager Stoia Tudor - Ioan, noted as 15.10.2022, instead of 15.01.2022. As a result, below is the correct text:

Through this Current Report, SINTEZA SA informs the shareholders and investors on the decision taken by the Board of Directors, regarding the appointment in the position of General Manager of SINTEZA SA, of Mr. STOIA TUDOR-IOAN, with a mandate valid from 15.10.2020 until 15.01.2022 as a result of the termination, by agreement of the parties, on October 14, 2020, of the mandate granted to Mr. Lăzăroae Nicolae - Mihail.
