APPOINTMENT OF AUDITORS

Reference is made to the announcement (the "Announcement") of the Company dated 12 January 2011. Unless the context otherwise requires, terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the Announcement.

The board of directors (the "Board") of Sing Lee Software (Group) Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu has been appointed as the new auditors of the Company and its subsidiaries (collectively the "Group") with effect from 14 January 2011 to fill the causal vacancy in the office of auditors until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
