POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rule 17.10(2) of the GEM Listing Rules and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571).

The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that it is based on the preliminary assessment of the Group’s unaudited management accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 and information currently available to the Board, the Group is expected to record an increase in the net profit for the year ended 31 December 2018 of not less than 40% as compared to the net profit of approximately RMB15,798,000 for the year ended 31 December 2017.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.

This announcement is made by the board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of the Sing Lee Software (Group) Limited (the “ Company ”) and its subsidiaries (the “ Group ”) pursuant to Rule 17.10(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the “ Stock Exchange ”) and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571).

After preliminary review by the Company’s management based on the management accounts of the Company, the Directors of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company and the potential investors that the Group is expected to record a significant increase in the net profit for the year ended 31 December 2018, representing an improvement of the results of the Group as compared to the net

profit of approximately RMB15,798,000 for the year ended 31 December 2017, mainly because the increased in revenue for the year ended 31 December 2018.

The Group is in the process of finalizing its annual results for the year ended 31 December 2018. The information contained in this announcement represents only a preliminary assessment by the Board of the information currently available to the Company and the financial statement of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2018 which are subject to audit adjustments. Shareholders of the Company and the potential investors should read the Company’s results announcement for the year ended 31 December 2018 carefully, which is expected to be published on 20 March 2019.
