Change in the number of shares and votes in Sinch AB (publ)

Stockholm, Sweden – 1 August 2024 – Sinch AB (publ), which is pioneering the way the world communicates through its Customer Communications Cloud, today announces that the number of shares and votes in Sinch AB (publ), registration number 556882-8908 ("Sinch"), amounts to 844,183,424.

The change in the number of shares and votes is a result of 437,848 new shares issued in July upon exercise of stock options/warrants within the frame of incentive programs LTI 2019 and LTI2022.
